Hey there!!
Looking back what I did after that unforgettable week of holidays...
On the 24th and 25th of March, my best friend, Fajariah wanted me to join her school's dikir group for a performance at Raffles Hotel. At first, I didn't want to cause of some reasons but in the end, I agreed to it. What we needed to do was to do the actions and need not sing like normal dikir barat groups do. The steps were quite tough for me at first cause I've never done it before.. And you know, I only had a day to learn all the steps.
24thMarch was the rehearsal.. Of course it was terrible cause I didn't really know the steps. But everything went quite well with the friendly performers especially the dikir group members. Soo..I went home and practised the steps before I went to sleep. Semangat betul!! Haha..
25thMarch, Grand Finale.
1100hrs
Me and Faja were at TP as we were told to assemble there before going to Raffles Hotel at 1300hrs. All of us rehearsed again before we had make-up on our faces.
As soon as we reached Raffles Hotel, we prepared ourselves with costumes and also rehearsed for the last time on the stage before our dinner at 1630hrs as the event started at 1830hrs. So we had to wait for quite a while for us to go on stage and performed with the rest of the performers for the Grand Finale at 2000hrs. I was quite nervous as this is my very first time performing on stage. Scary!! Haha..

Alhamdulillah..everything went well. The performance ended so well with the RP percussions team. It was soooooo great!! I can never imagine that I would be able to perform infront of such great guests. Woah..!!
And so after the performances, we took some pictures together.. yippee!!
