Stress!!

After a long days off from work, Im back in the ward this afternoon.
Without my preceptor, Im assigned to be in charge of all 16 patients again.
Thought that I'll be able to do it but..
Haiz..
My work just can never end.
Being left to do loads of things myself.
Handling things myself..
Really stressed me up.
Didnt able to complete my work on time.
Being left in the ward to complete my stuffs till 10plus.
Haiz..
I cried on my way home.
Fortunately my dad fetched me and the van was dark.
So nobody knew that I cried.
Cried in the dark.
Really felt like quitting this job. Or maybe at most, wanting to transfer to Ortho ward. Haiz..
Im still thinking if I should tell my ward sister about it.
One of my ward sister did ask if I was ok.
And of course I kept smiling and said ok course didnt want them to have a negative thinking about me.
Haiz..
Working life for me now is really tough.
Everyone would say its a norm for a start.
But...
It's just too difficult for me.
I know it will take time but..
why cant they just give me more time to get use to the system and familiarise myself with the ward routine?!!
Why cant they just see that Im still struggling??!!
Im really sad and depressed with myself.
Felt that the staffs really didnt like me due to my slowness in my work.
Please give me some time!
At least let me take charge of half the patients first as a start.
That's all I asked for.
I really am feeling depressed and stress now!
I need more guidance.
It's just a few weeks Im working there.
Im still lost!
I dont know who to talk to now!
God please help me. I really need your guidance and strength to move on.
Im just not sure what will become of me.
I may just breakdown one of these days. Haiz..
Worst still Im starting to go on my bad habit now which is asap.
Haiz.. Been trying to avoid that so much.
Now... Haiz..
