Tired! Tired! Tired!

Haiz...
I am so very tired this week!! Had a long tiring week.
Wanna know why?? I am having my attachment now!! Haiz..
So sien.. Can go crazy with this attachment thingy! This week was also the start of the fasting month and I am having my attachment at the same time. Really some great challenges for me this Ramadan. Also my first time having to break fast in the hospital. Btw I forgot to tell you that my attachment is at AMKH. For geron posting. Wah!! Can tell you really tough for me. Long time never go attachment. The last time was 6 months ago. Can you imagine SIX (6) months ago!!! Really crazy la.. Had to get use to the new environment also. New systems. Haiz...
Now only just 1 week had passed. Still got 2 more weeks to go. I am really looking forward to the last day of attachment now. Really can't take it la.. Got not much strength anymore to carry on with this posting. And btw this posting is also my first posting taking cases. I just did 2 cases today. Really quite scary and nervous while passing report to the other staffs. Even my ears went red for goodness!! Can imagine how nervous I was at that moment. Haha. Anyways, I'm going to take all the cases for my cubicle. Which means 6 patients. I'll try to la.. To prepare myself for PRCP which is in Nov this year. Haiz. So so so stressful!! Didn't imagine that it will be this hard and stressful sey. Hmm.. Worst still this weekend I have to finish up my case study and be prepared for my presentation next Wednesday. Woah.. Was expecting to enjoy and have a good rest this weekend but can't. Haiz.. What a week! Really hope time flies fast now to finish and get over and done with this posting. From now on, I kept looking forward to weekend and really wanna treasure it so much. Don't want to waste even abit of it.! That's for sure. Haha. So yea. Maybe that's all for now. That's for this week. Haha. Wanna get rest now. Will update you soon about my 2nd week posting at the hospital. So take care everybody! Selamat berpuasa my dearest friends!! Miss you people loads and loads..
